NetSuite Script Error: PSWD_REQD when editing a customer record in SuitePOS

Sometimes this error message is displayed when editing a customer record in SuitePOS and changing the email address of a customer who has Customer Center access to NetSuite. NetSuite is telling you this because of their tight security.
This is a NetSuite limitation and you have to change the email address directly in NetSuite in those circumstances; or disable Customer Center access in NetSuite, re-sync SuitePOS then retry the edit.
You can make this easier by showing the NetSuite menu option (in the SuitePOS tab in the NetSuite Employee record). This allows direct access to NetSuite.
