SuitePOS App will not install or run properly and/or there is no app icon

Sometimes the SuitePOS App will not install properly and/or there is no app icon. This, for the most part, means that there is an issue with the Apple Provisioning Profile for the app.

This can be caused by:
  1. Expired Provisioning Profile. Apple Profiles for Enterprise Distribution at for a year. This means that the App can run at most for up to a year before a newer version must be downloaded and installed (note the Provisioning Profile expiration date is clearly visible on the App Download Page.
  2. The app was provisioned using the wrong provisioning profile.
  3. The provisioning profile is corrupt by either a Mobile Device Management solution or otherwise.
  4. The App was created using a minimum version of iOS that you are not yet on.
Upgrade to the latest version of our App is the best solution followed by an upgrade to the latest iOS version.  It is never good to be on a deprecated versions too long.  If an upgrade is out of the questions, contact us in support and we will try our best to post the same version with a new profile (although this is not always possible).
