SuitePOS Issue: Discounts or categories do not appear/are missing in SuitePOS
Syncs will always try to retrieve all discounts and categories that are active. The maximum currently allowed is 1500 (active and inactive). If this maximum is reached, any additional discounts or categories may not appear. This maximum exists for performance purposes.
Solution(s)
You will need to make sure that the sum of active and in-active discounts and categories is below 1500.
