Tutorial: Exclude Items from Whole Order Discounts

Exclude Items from Whole Order Promotions allows to customers to select lower margin items to be excluded from  whole order % discounts (and min order amount).

Info
The Advanced Promotion Module is required for this to function and the Item must be set to Exclude
Warning
Setting Items to be excluded is a forward progression; meaning that refunds of sales that did not have this set will produce unpredictable results

Warning
Setting If you are refunding with a restocking fee and there is an item excluded for discount, the restocking fee (if a %) will not be applied to that item. This is because restocking fees use NetSuite whole order discounts to calculate the restocking fee.
